Weight Reduction

The healthiest way to reduce your weight is not necessarily the quickest way. Some diets may result in dramatic weight reduction which places stress on the body. Sudden and drastic increases in exercise are not recommended and most doctors consider such an approach to weight reduction to be dangerous.

Hypnotherapy can help with weight reduction and weight control by helping you change past eating habits, attitude to food, your self image, reduce stress and provide a positive mental framework. It is not a diet, but a way to focus your resources on your desired goal.
